Use codes only. Do not write names, service numbers, contact details, unit names, site locations or classified information.
Releasing the keys to neutral is different from virtual pause. Space is not an airborne stop control.
If the screen is already paused, do not press P/Esc again. Check the screen state first.
Before starting
□ Keyboard □ Altitude hold (높이 유지 보조) on □ Air movement (실내 공기 흔들림) off □ Follow view (추적 시점)
□ My code checked □ Only operator uses keyboard □ P/Esc → Resume (계속하기) checked
| Key | Describe the action in your own words |
|---|---|
| W / S | Ascend / |
| Arrow keys | Forward/backward and sideways |
| A / D | Turn in |
| Shift + movement key (W/S, A/D or an arrow key) | Make small, precise adjustments |
| Space | Ground motor start / after landing, |
| P or Esc | Virtual |
Initial attempt · Minutes 24–36
Steps reached: □ Checks □ Motor start □ Takeoff □ Hover □ Move to B □ Land □ Motor stop
One action you first found difficult
Before the next attempt
This time I will use small inputs for and observe the aircraft's response.
One thing that changed after repetition
Before changing roles
Release keys → P/Esc only on the active flight screen → confirm pause → record observations → Return to start (시작 화면으로) → change Name or number (이름 또는 번호) to the next E-code and clear Class/unit (반(소속)) → Start basic mission (기초 임무 시작). If paused or on a crash/results screen, use Return to start without P/Esc. Restart from beginning (처음부터 다시) and Try again (다시 하기) repeat the same learner’s practice. Never hand over while airborne.
Do not compete on completion time or score. Automatic screen results use the program's internal criteria.

My code Partner code observed PC
How the observer helps
Do not touch the keyboard. Mark only actions you saw. Record any verbal help as Help given. Give no hints during individual instructor observation.
| Action to observe | Initial attempt 24–36 min | Targeted repetition 61–73 min |
|---|---|---|
| Read the checks before starting motors | □ Seen □ Not seen | □ Seen □ Not seen |
| Took off with small inputs | □ Seen □ Not seen | □ Seen □ Not seen |
| Completed the five-second prompt at A | □ Seen □ Not seen | □ Seen □ Not seen |
| Moved to B and completed the two-second prompt | □ Seen □ Not seen | □ Seen □ Not seen |
| Stopped motors after landing | □ Seen □ Not seen | □ Seen □ Not seen |
| Distinguished neutral input from pause | □ Seen □ Not seen | □ Seen □ Not seen |
| Verbal help or control takeover occurred | □ No □ Yes | □ No □ Yes |
Not seen is not failure. A partner's record does not establish score improvement or independent performance.
While waiting for instructor observation
- Confirm that the PC is paused.
- Fill the gaps below and take turns reading the sequence with your partner.
- Write one sentence about an action done well and one about an action to improve.
Checks → Start motors → → Hover → → Land →
If motion remains after releasing the keys, which key pauses the simulation?
Final 12 minutes · My next practice
An action I did well today
An action to repeat and how to check it (Example: complete the on-screen five-second prompt at A.)
Instructor's internal judgment: □ Independent performance observed □ Further practice □ Re-observation required
This records today's simulator practice. It does not certify completion, military education credit, a qualification or real-flight ability.
