Two-hour drone basics simulator lesson

Internal pilot v1.1 · 2026-10-20
1 instructor · 8 learners · 4 PCs · pairs · keyboard input, with no physical aircraft. This is not evidence of an actual military standard, official qualification or military delivery record.

Today's learning goals

  1. Explain keyboard input, neutral input and virtual pause as separate states.
  2. Follow the screen prompts: checks → start motors → takeoff → hover → move → land → stop motors.
  3. Observe a partner and describe one action done well and one action to practice next.

Permitted entries and records

Paper is the main record. In the on-screen Name or code (이름 또는 번호) field, use only E01–E08. Leave Class / affiliation (반(소속)) blank. Do not enter or attach names, service numbers, contact details, unit names, operational information, site locations or classified material.

Record an internal practice judgment only
Choose Independent performance observed / Further practice / Re-observation required. Do not issue completion certificates, qualifications or permission to operate real hardware. An actual staff class and four-PC concurrent operation have not yet been run.

Total: 120 minutes. Before observation, A and B each have 26 minutes of allocated input time (4+6+10+6), plus a four-minute individual observation slot. Pauses and recording may reduce actual simulated flight time. Do not record peer observations as direct instructor assessment.

Observe until 3:15 in each slot. Use the remaining 45 seconds for a safe pause, oral feedback, marking and moving. Record unseen actions N/A; do not rush. The instructor runs this timer; the basic menu does not enforce it.
